My inbox is absolutely stuffed with new kirtan -- good thing I'm taking a trip! This weekend I'll be in Bermuda for OM Fest with Sean Johnson & the Wild Lotus Band, David Newman & the beautiful sweet souls of the Bermuda kirtan community. I'm staying at Spirit...
Dance Dance Dance Evolution 3
This one is for the sweet listeners I met at Chantlanta who told me the Dance Dance Evolution sets get them to the gym. Me too! As dance sets go, this one is fairly mellow, but it got me moving today. Hope you like it also. Until next time my friends -- Namaste.
A Conversation with Sean Johnson of the Wild Lotus Band
This conversation with Sean Johnson was recorded way back in December before Christmas. I'd intended to release it sometime in January, but then came the epic back spasm — and so here we are. But with perfect synchronicity, Sean tells me toward the end of the...

Cure Your Kali Yuga Blues
This week's show started out being about the Kali Yuga -- otherwise known as the Age of Quarrel -- and ended up being about an epic back spasm that, thanks to the work of Dr. John Sarno, took me on an unexpected & deeply emotional ride. It's a story about the...
Shiva’s Dance of Creation & Destruction
Shiva has always been a difficult deity energy for me to get my mind around. He is both the creator and the destroyer -- what's that about? After doing this interview with Blue Spirit Wheel's Ian Boccio, I can now hold this deity in a different place -- he's still...
