Springtime in Oregon is a warmer extension of winter, and the rain has been unrelenting this year. But the garden awaits, and so does the planting a red climbing rose bush for our lab Sid who died this November. There will be now be bright roses in the space where Sid’s merry face used to be greeting us as we came home.
