by Kitzie | Feb 28, 2014 | Kirtan Live!, New World Kirtan Podcast

The Denver Chant Fest followed by Dave Stringer’s Flight School was a warm blast of mid-winter Bhakti in grey, cold February. Both were incredible experiences, and I’ll tell you about them in this week’s show. For those of us at the Flight School who...

I’ve found that it’s hard for me to go to sleep, or relax when anxieties make my brain wired, without this podcast comfortably in the background. It helps so much with letting my mind go, and I’ve found a lot of new artists through NWK to add to my growing kirtan playlist.

I love this podcast. It introduced me to Snatam Kaur and Ragani, as well as Wade Imry Morrisette. Themes like all Gayatri, energizing kirtan, and songs to soothe make it a valued meditative tool that can be replayed over and over. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
