There’s nothing I like more than loading new kirtan CDs into my phone, putting on headphones and going out for a walk — I know it will be one that’s filled with musical surprises. This week’s set made for a fun walk, and has great new chants by artists old and new to the podcast. We’re also featuring the CD “Kirtan Aid: Orphans of Rishikesh”. 100% of the profits from the sale of this CD will go towards building a green, sustainable dormitory at Ramana’s garden, a home for orphans and other children in extreme distress in Rishikesh, India. If you’re interested in buying the CD, the link is here. Learn more about Ramana’s garden here.
Next week it’s a sampler of the artists playing at Bhakti Fest Midwest at the end of month. Until then my friends — Namaste.
