“Breathe and stay in the present moment.” It’s so simple, and so difficult to do. Modern life bombards us with seductive distractions, and it takes a lot of effort to get present. So why go to the bother? Because when we practice getting present, that’s when we’ll find the Peace — the Peace that allows us to live a centered life. After all these years, I’m finally starting to understand the purpose of my spiritual practice. It’s about finding that Peace again & again & again — bringing myself back to the present as a practice to stay centered. Kirtan really helps with that … plus it’s fun to dance to. Enjoy the offering, dear hearts. Namaste.
