I’m posting some new links for you at the Website this week. There’s a beautifully simple take on meditation from Adyashanti’s “Spontaneous Awakening”, and also some of the breathing exercises we do in our Sunday night satsang from Shiva Rea’s “Yoga Chant”. The files are streaming until I receive permission from the artists’ to download.
Some songs from David Newman’s CD “Peace, Love, Chant” have been following me around night & day, so think they’ll be in next week’s podcast. I’ll also be adding some more traditional chants as we progress.
