I’ve mentioned before that often during my day a chant will start playing itself in my brain, much like pop music did when I was listening to FM radio. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to what chant shows up–it might be one I listened to months ago or just that morning. It’s always a pleasure when a chant shows up in the brain jukebox because I know it’s a gentle reminder from my Spirit to slow down, take a breath and be in the moment as it it happening. That’s what we’re here to remember, and life can be so rich when we say Yes to that invitation.
Enjoy your week. Jai Ma!
